SUMIT CONSTRUCTION HQ
The site was a former emission testing facility. The client wanted to transform it into their new headquarters and make it reflective of the quality of work they do and showcase their commitment
We combined traditional materials, such as brick, with more contemporary elements like steel, angling, and draping it to create a blend of professionalism, modernity, and functionality in this 8,000 sq. ft. LEED Gold building. There are 2 conference rooms, 8 executive offices, 1 common work area, break room, exercise room, and support spaces. It has a geothermal system and a green roof.
