SUMIT CONSTRUCTION HEADQUARTERS
Chicago, IL

We created a distinctive new look for this general contractor’s headquarters facility, reflective of its commitment to craftsmanship and sustainability. Drawing from a mix of salvaged and brand-new, locally sourced materials, including brick and steel, the design juxtaposes and drapes these components to suggest professionalism, modernity, and functionality in this LEED Gold building. The new headquarters boasts a diverse array of sustainable features, including a geothermal system, green roof, native landscaping, efficient stormwater management, and ample natural daylight exposure.
