The Ponto Collection is a new development of six single-family homes in Morton Grove. Situated amidst lush, mature landscaping, the group of houses forms a modern micro-community in a well-established residential area. We worked with this repeat developer client to strike a balance between the traditional style of houses in the area and a more contemporary approach. Homes feature variations of board-and-batten siding, barn-style garage doors, and bay windows to give each residence a unique identity while creating a cohesive-looking neighborhood. All homes can accommodate solar panels and electric car-charging outlets.
