We were tasked with transforming an old Ford dealership into a children’s daycare facility. Despite deep structural challenges, we employed an imaginative, cost-efficient solution to achieve a full metamorphosis from the inside out. Metal paneling in the school’s colors remediated the crumbling exterior masonry. Interior structures such as a concrete ramp were carefully removed and an outdated wooden ceiling was brought into code compliance. The transformation was completed with the creation of colorful, whimsical hallways and classrooms with original murals for children to experience and enjoy.
