We designed this ultramodern, net-zero home in Park Ridge to reflect our clients’ minimalist vision while delivering cutting-edge sustainability. With striking black and white materials and a mix of stone and metal on the façade, the house stands apart in its context. Inside, open living spaces, an all-black Italian kitchen, and dual primary suites support a contemporary lifestyle. A light-filled stairway, outdoor spaces, and high-efficiency systems make this home as livable as it is forward-thinking.
