a+c architects designed a brand-new gymnasium for a suburban parochial school serving students from pre-K through 12th grade. The new gym will replace a facility that was too small, delivering expanded space for sports and exercise as well as a multipurpose room for events and gatherings. The facility’s design maximizes daylight exposure through an expanse of frosted glass that carves out a strong connection to the outdoors while maintaining privacy and security for student activities.
