LAKE FOREST RESIDENTIAL EXPANSION

Stretching out into the pool area of a lushly landscaped backyard, this sunroom expansion adds significant value to an existing Lake Forest home with indoor-outdoor space for year-round enjoyment. We designed a unique skylight grid, allowing for maximum airiness and daylight exposure, while fully retractable glass doors create a free-flowing cabana-style openness to the pool. Brick pavers, terra cotta tiles, and stucco walls maintain continuity with the existing setting, while a separate outdoor shower with a curved stone wall adds convenience for pool time.
