We led the redevelopment of a church site into 10 duplex town homes in Evanston. The client requested a more traditional look and feel to align with the market. Our team drew inspiration from Medici villas and other Italian Renaissance landmarks, incorporating classic architectural elements and proportions as well as brick and limestone for a warm and comfortable but stately feel. The resulting development brings an enduring yet distinctive addition to the neighborhood.
