We revitalized an aging commercial corridor with a modern, active shopping experience. Situated on a highly visible site between I-294 and the intersection of Milwaukee and Lake, this new retail complex features deep, landscaped sidewalks with benches to encourage customers to linger and browse. A grand, two-story rotunda functions as a gateway and offers an outdoor dining plaza for visitors. The remaining storefronts are punctuated by a series of double-height rotated structures, creating nooks between buildings and pathways for further outdoor activity.
