In a former industrial area of Skokie, we transformed an abandoned warehouse into a contemporary, upscale townhome development. From an all-brick, one-story windowless building, we created a group of seven three-story homes filled with light, amenities, and flexible living space. Each townhome benefits from a grand double-height entryway, open layout on the first floor, and four private decks. Exposed brick and large warehouse-style windows preserve an urban, industrial feel. An attached parking garage and spacious common roof-deck offer additional convenience and social space.
