Skokie, Illinois

We repurposed this old industrial building with imagination, keeping sustainability and innovation at the forefront. The design anticipates and supports how people interact in the space and their environment. The result is seven townhomes with an abundance of natural light and outdoor spaces throughout. The units are dynamic and inviting, but also pay homage to the aesthetic of the original warehouse. They are adjacent to a park that we also designed, as well as the Skokie Valley Trail, which offers not only beautiful surroundings but a better quality of life.

  • 2,700 SF per unit

  • 7 townhomes of 3 stories each comprised of 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and 4 balconies

  • Common roof deck
