To give construction company Denk & Roche the expanded headquarters space they needed, we applied a creative solution to an existing warehouse with A-frame construction. We raised the roof to bring in natural light from all sides through clerestory windows. We kept the A-frame structure and used it as an organizational element to tie the new area into the existing warehouse, which prospective customers can view from above via windows from the second floor. The result is a two-story headquarters facility that successfully supports administrative staff alongside the company’s manufacturing process.
